Whoa what is this?

I am fully sold on the idea of making your own food. This means cutting back on pre-packaged foods and buying mostly raw food products. The hard part is, how do you find the time for this? Whether a parent, working full time (sometimes both), or just a crazy busy human, it can seem like an impossible task.

I'm uncertain if I can say it's easy, but over the last four years, I have learned some "hacks" to make your own food with less of your time. This often does mean taking a shortcut or two, but I promise the final product is still something you will love eating!
