Quickish Pizza Dough

For sure now our favorite weeknight pizza. Don't want a bland pizza or prep the night before, this is the pizza for you.

Quickish Pizza Dough
  • 321 g of a warm beer
  • 535 g of a high protein all purpose flour
  • 7 g of fine salt
  • 12 g of sugar
  • 10 g of yeast
  • 23 g of olive oil

  1. Warm beer to 95 degrees and add yeast, bloom for 5 mintues
  2. Add all dry ingredients to bowl and mix
  3. Add wet ingredients and mix to a shaggy ball and kneed for 5 -7 minutes and form a tight ball.
  4. Let rise for 1-2 hours or doubled in size
  5. Preheat oven to 515 F
  6. Divide dough into 3 pieces and let rise for for 30 minutes
  7. Add toppings and bake in oven for 9-12 minutes till pizza is cooked all the way through
